Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, code, brand mark and original design work on this site are owned by PKBCreates or used with permission. Client logos, project artwork, photographs and flyers remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or use the work commercially without written permission. Portfolio images are shown for reference, not as a licence to reuse a client's brand.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin area, interfere with the site, upload malware, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of another person.
Enquiries, waitlists and events
An enquiry or waitlist email is not a booking or a contract. Event dates, formats and seat counts are provisional until confirmed in writing or on Luma. Event bookings made through Luma are also subject to Luma's terms and the event listing.
Fees and payment
No payment is collected on this website. The brand book PDF is free. Paid design work is quoted and invoiced separately in a written agreement. There are no hidden booking, download or service fees on this site.

Reviews, references and claims
This site does not publish customer reviews, ratings or testimonials. “Client references available on request” means exactly that: references can be requested; it is not a rating or a guarantee of a particular result.
Portfolio descriptions are a record of work, not a promise that a similar result will be achieved for every brief. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of availability, income, reach or commercial outcome.
