What this policy covers
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for things connected to pkbcreates.com. It does not replace a signed client agreement or the terms of a separate event platform.
No payments on this site
This website does not process payments. There is no checkout, deposit or card form here. The brand book PDF is free, so there is nothing to refund for the download.
Events booked through Luma
Event dates, formats and places are provisional until confirmed. If a booking or payment is made through Luma, the refund and cancellation terms shown on that event listing and Luma's own terms apply. Contact the organiser through the listing if a session is cancelled, moved or changed.
Paid design projects
Fees, deposits, milestones and cancellation terms for client work are set out in the written project agreement. Any refund or credit is handled under that agreement and the work completed at the time of cancellation. No fee is added on this site.
Charged in error
If you believe a payment was taken in error, or you were charged for something you did not authorise, email kay@pkbcreates.com with the date, amount and reference. I will investigate and, where a charge was made in error, arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law. If a service is not provided with reasonable care, contact me first so we can put it right.
